There will be four teams representing Norcal at the Spruce Meadows Skyliner tournament in June and Riverside is proud to have two of our own riders be a part of it. Shannon Wright and her father, Glenn Wright, have made the Norcal 1.20m Division Team. Their team is also made up of Julie Nagler and Courtney Bohart.

The Spruce Meadows “Skyliner” tournament, being held June 19-22, 2008 will feature the top Junior and Amateur riders throughout North America,. Athletes will vie for $323,000 in prize money. While top-ranking riders compete in high-profile competitions has become the norm at Spruce Meadows, the group wanted to get back to basics to ensure the continued success of the sport. At times more than 500 horses will enter
this competition.
