Marian Nelson E Q U E S T R I A N  is a warm, welcoming, and supportive community located at a private barn on the property of one of the top show facilities on the West Coast.  The staff at MNE focuses on creating personalized training programs to enable each rider to achieve their specific equestrian goals, from gaining confidence in a first lesson to preparing for a Medal Final or Grand Prix. We strive to create an environment that is friendly, safe, and comfortable, and where all riders can ultimately enjoy their horses.

 

Head trainer Marian Nelson has been training and coaching children, juniors, and adults in California for over

45 years. Marian’s teaching philosophy includes developing a solid equitation background to give riders the fundamental skills that form the foundation for success in all riding disciplines. She takes great pride in stressing safety as well as horsemanship skills. Her students have earned championships and top finishes at medal finals at shows throughout the West Coast.​
